Please note that certain high-value and final-sale items are excluded from returns to maintain the integrity of our curated collection.

Return Process

  Carefully pack the item in its original designer packaging, ensuring that all authenticity cards, dust bags, and Lux Second Chance security tags remain intact.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our experts verify the item's condition and authenticity, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
